Pyrmont Community Bank first Birthday celebrations

Our Pyrmont Community Bank® branch celebrated its first Birthday on December 11th. The birthday cake, made and decorated by CWCFS Director John Marsden’s daughter Sally  Letts, was cut by shareholder and business customer Jim Schwilk for Porters Liquor across the road after a fun morning serving BBQ sausage sandwiches to passers-by and customers.  The cake cutting was delayed in the hope that the staff could be present;  it eventually went ahead  without them, as time was running out, because they were too busy inside opening new accounts.  The staff all got a big piece of cake when the branch closed at midday.
