Pink Party National Breast Cancer Foundation Fundraiser

On 25 November 2010 the staff of the Harlequin Inn on Union Square ran a fundraising evening in aid of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The well attended evening was called the Harlequin Inn’s Pink Party and  was supported by a number of local businesses by way of a donated prizes.  Many of those attending came in groups from their local place of work.

Pyrmont Community Bank donated the first prize in the ten dollar per ticket raffle,  a $200 voucher  that the lucky winner would use to open an account at the Bank.

The winning ticket was held by Josh Rolston;  as Josh was not available to collect his prize this pleasant duty was ably performed by his colleague William Hong who collected the voucher from Charlotte Bishop of the Harlequin Inn.

Josh and William were part of a group attending the evening from OMD Australia (the Australian HQ of the Multinational Creative Media Agency) which is located here in Pyrmont.

The Pink Party was a raging success and raised $2,230 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Pyrmont Community Bank was proud to be involved in such a worthwhile and successful community enterprise.
